Registration Information

To register for any of our programs, please download and fill out the Program Registration Form and Release of Liability Policy Form.  Updated information is required every time you register for a program!  Be sure to note changes since your last registration.  You may also complete a Reduced Fee application (optional) if your circumstances warrant.  Thank you!

Please turn in any paperwork to the Main Office of the Catskill Community Center located at 344 Main Street.
