Soup-2-Nuts specializes in a full process method of theater training where participants will be engaged in all aspects of theater arts from script writing, to set construction, to performing. Unique to this production, participants will also receive training from local artist, Patti Ferrara, in landscape painting. Patti will guide participants in identifying with & discovering more about the subject of their work, Ms. Olive Cheritree as they learn to paint her style. Olive Cheritree, lived in Greene County, built and owned a studio in the Village of Catskill, and was influenced by the Hudson River School of painting. The play will be based on her work as an artist and the contributions she made both locally and abroad.
